Conference participation
If you are presenting a paper and/or poster at ICLC16, please enter the Easychair number(s) of your abstract(s) here.

On which days are you planning to attend the conference?
This information will help us to plan the programme as well as our catering as efficiently as possible. Of course we understand that your plans may still be preliminary at this point. The only purpose of this question is to give us a rough ballpark figure of how many people we should expect on each of the five days. If your plans change, there is no need to notify us (unless your talk has to be rescheduled).
(This question is mandatory)
If you have a talk at ICLC16: May we livestream your talk to registered remote participants?
Although ICLC16 will take place as an in-person conference, a few people have expressed the wish to participate remotely for various reasons. As we aim at making the conference as inclusive as possible, we are planning to livestream many of the talks in a closed videoconferencing environment. We do not plan any public livestreams, and the talks will not be recorded.
Are you interested in joining one of the following guided tours on Friday afternoon?
The guided tours will have to be booked and paid separately later. This is just to get an impression of how many people are actually interested. The tours are organized by Düsseldorf Tourism (and might be subject to limited availability). Check their website for more information: https://tinyurl.com/DuesseldorfTourismusTourenEN. All tours are offered in English or bilingually in English and German.
Conference dinner
Would you like to attend the conference dinner? (€ 50,00)
The conference dinner will take place at "Schiffchen", a historic brewery and the self-proclaimed oldest restaurant in Düsseldorf. The conference dinner fee includes a three-course meal, at least one drink, and great company. We have 400 seats for the conference dinner, which will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. Apart from the traditional meat-heavy Rhenish cuisine, there will be vegetarian and vegan options. We will send a survey to all conference dinner participants in which you will have the opportunity to specify dietary requirements and preferences.
